Faculty Advisor Survey

Once you are accepted into an academic program, you see a faculty advisor that has been assigned to you.
A faculty advisor will help you develop, clarify and evaluate your educational plans and goals, including course selection, identify and explore alternatives and look at the outcomes of your decisions. Please complete the survey below so that we can learn about your experience.
